Probably the hardest trek I ever did.
1200 m down to the river and then up.
Some of the paths were not larger than half meter and a wrong step would mean that I slip donw to the bottom of the Canyon most likely with hard consequences such as a death.
Even in this case it was with the constant help of the guide Oxana that I could make it safely.
In this case it was hard not only for visually impaired but for everyone else as you are covering a very high altitude difference.
You need strong legs, feet, knees, breath and mind
Again, I can say… I made it!
